Simulator Product Solutions LLC (SPS) is proud to announce the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Jason O. Harris as Chairman of our newly formed Advisory Board. Jason is a distinguished U.S. Air Force veteran whose career spans over two decades of dedicated service, including 11 deployments where he flew more than 470 sorties, accumulating over 2,000 combat flight hours. His final assignment in the Air Force was as a Flying Squadron Commander, where he led with distinction and a commitment to mission excellence.

In addition to his military career, Jason is a commercial airline pilot, currently flying the Boeing 777-200 and 777-300, with previous qualifications in the Airbus A319, A320, A321, as well as the Boeing 757 and 767. His expertise extends beyond the cockpit—he is also a nationally recognized keynote speaker, best-selling author, and executive coach, known for his ability to build trust and develop high-performance teams.

Jason brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience to SPS, along with an unwavering commitment to advancing simulation and training capabilities. His blend of military and commercial aviation expertise will be instrumental in driving SPS’s growth and enhancing our ability to serve the needs of American and allied military personnel, as well as commercial airline pilots.

This appointment marks an exciting new chapter for SPS as we continue to innovate and deliver high-fidelity simulation components that support critical mission training worldwide.
